Im here im safe and ill write you on tuesday right now i need you to fax a record of my two MMR shots to the MTC it should be with yakima peads the record you gave me was only three years worth of shots the fax number is 801-422-**** Do that ASAP so they dont stab me again and it will cost 100 dollars to have it done here.
