Sept. 17th, 2011

Hello family

Well the recorder came i found out about 10 seconds ago. I opened it up to try and turn it on and the batteries are dead. I will go and buy some today and start listening to it. Well this week flew by really really fast. It was a super busy week. Ive been running on little energy. We have had to stay up late a few times to get things done. This week were the changes. On saturday and sunday we spent basically all day working on the changes. We were doing that until 12:30 at night sunday night and woke up at 6 on Monday to go to the changes meeting. The rest of the day was insane trying to get about 100 missionaries to where they needed to be. On top of that my companion and i had a change. We are still assistants but we went and are opening up a new area. Talk about a lot of work. We are weighed down with a lot right now. But at the same time having a great time. We have already had some great stuff happen in this new area. It is one of the richest areas in the entire mission and there is even a member of the seventy in our ward. Kind of crazy. The missionaries were pulled out several months ago and now we were put back in. The ward responded really well and we have had a full weak of
appointments. Well only at nights. So then on Tuesday we started at 5 in the morning to go and pick up the new missionaries from the CCM. From then on tuesday was training the new missionaries and training the trainers of the new missionaries. Then on Wednesday we traveled down to a city called Pisco. Stayed in a really nice hotel. That was awesome. Then the next morning we woke up at 5 again to do a leadership training for all of the zones in the southern part of the mission. That lasted 8 hours and my companion and I ran the whole thing. After that i was pretty exhausted. We took the bus back to Lima got back about 10:30 and went to bed. Got up at 6 the next morning and had to do the same 8 hour training for all of the missionaries that are here in Lima. So to say the least we have been really really busy this week. I just got up from a nap and feel much better now. Things are not going to slow down either this week we are going to be accompanying Elder Waddell a member of the area presidency all around the mission. We will be organizing three different meetings in which he will be speaking with the missionaries. then the next week we have to go to Nezca which is about 8 hours away by bus and then come back and fly to Ayacucho the next day so we can do the same leadership trainings. Its busy but im loving it. Im having a ton of fun. Im learning a ton and im having oportunities that most missionaries dont have. Thanks a lot love you all tons
